Yoga Classes - Weekly Schedule
With 15 years of practice, my teaching is informed by time and training in the Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, and Kripalu traditions. Classes begin with meditation and chanting to bring us to our Center and intentions. We move on the breath to find the subtleties in alignment that free us of habitual distress. From a place of calm observance, we learn to carry ourselves safely from one posture to the next. The journey of yoga over time frees not just the body of tensions, but clears the mind of it's fears and beliefs. When we understand the level at which we are working deep within the psyche, our practice is not rushed, but revered as sacred.
