Christopher Love, MA, E-RYT

I serve as counselor and guide to some, and yoga teacher to others.  I can also be heard locally hosting Kirtan, evenings of Indian classical music and devotional singing.  While music has always been part of my life, I never dreamed I would be an Indian classical musician.  This aspect of yoga, called Bhakti, accompanies over 20 years of experience teaching in the fields of consciousness and movement.

I have a masters degree in Community Counseling from the University of Cincinnati, and certifications in yoga, bodywork, Reiki II, and Holotropic Breathwork.  As counselor, I meet with individuals and couples to teach meditation and compassionate self-inquiry.

As a trained breath coach in Holotropic Breathwork, I assist others in releasing old energetic patterns in the body and emotions through the constant of the breath.

My yoga training spans 14 years with immersions in the Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, and Kripalu traditions.  My Vinyasa classes weave strong, sweeping movement with unique sequencing to challenge and invite all-levels of students to experience the power of yoga to open body, breath and consciousness.
